The cell is inserted into a 4" PVC tube to insulate it from any possibility of grounding to the vehicle frame. This way it finds its ground through the pulser shown by the green arrow. In this installation I made this unit as a drop-in installation. The pulser is mounted and grounded to the vehicle chassis and the PVC container that holds the cell is mounted to the pulser which secures it in place. In order to remove this cell I need to drain the cell and remove the hoses. Then I need to remove the electrical leads and mark them if necessary, then unbolt the pulser bracket from the vehicle chassis by removing two phillips screws. Then the unit all comes out from above. This way I can remove it to inspect or clean with no problems.
