It wasn't easy, but keeping a careful eye I managed to completely clean up the ID of the tube from end to end. I didn't resurface the OD since that won't be a conductive surface in this application. But the OD of the inner electrode will need to be resurfaced since on that particular electrode the OD will be the conductive surface facing the ID of this outer electrode.
