In this assembly into the end cap the drain hole had been already drilled so lining up the center set of CPVC pieces
was easy. None-the-less I laid it out and marked a guideline around the OD of the piece with a marker to be sure to get
it dead center. Once I properly cleaned the pieces with cleaner and cemented them properly into place I used a proper
sized container, in this case an empty vitamin bottle, to hold it in place. I finally found a good use for that
substandard Chinese made pipe expander. It's heavy enough to keep good pressure on the pieces until the cement
dries.
