Slicing collar glued into place. It's a good idea to hold this into place for several minutes until the parts lock into place. Otherwise you could find that they parts slide apart once you release pressure. The thickness of this splicing collar will make up for the small amount of material we had to remove to get the toroid coil to slide in. Since this unit will be pressurized we need to be sure to maintain structural integrity.
